Our interior house painters take the time to thoroughly prep your room or rooms before we even pick up a paint brush. You can rest assured that your furniture and floors will be covered to protect against paint splatter; all nail holes and cracks in your walls will be filled and sanded, and your walls cleaned to ensure a smooth finish once paint is applied. When we’re finished, the only sign we were even there will be a fresh, clean coat of paint!

An Investment in Your Home’s Value

Like with any home improvement, repainting the interior of your house helps to maintain the value of your home. When done correctly, painting leads to repairs of minor problems which, if left unattended can lead to bigger issues. Homes settle over time resulting in unsightly nail pops and occasional cracks in the seams. While your home remains structurally sound, a professional painter can correct these blemishes, leaving you with a beautiful home you can be proud of.

Monroe Township’s History

Named after the fifth President of the United States, James Monroe, this township was incorporated on April 9, 1838. At that time, Monroe Township encompassed 60 square miles and attracted settlers with its fertile land and proximity to a network of waterways. Over time, however, several communities that once comprised Monroe Township broke away and today, the township occupies 43 square miles in southern Middlesex County.

Safe & Secure

Originally settled predominantly as a farming community, Monroe Township now attracts residents who want to be close to the beach and the city, but prefer a suburban lifestyle. Ranked as the 57th largest municipality in the State by population, Monroe maintains its small-town feel.

The township is favored by families and senior citizens, largely because it provides a sense of safety and security, as well as a diverse offering of housing options to fit all budgets. Monroe Township features a blend of luxurious homes, smaller contemporary houses, and a number of large, age-restricted senior housing complexes.

Top Attractions

The past several years has seen a surge in residential development throughout the township. An excellent school system, convenient access to health care services, and a good mix of natural areas and commercial properties all work to make Monroe Township a popular destination for homebuyers seeking a quaint, family-friendly atmosphere with access to first-rate amenities.
